His marriage is in pieces. His teenage daughter is getting on his nerves. He quit his job and there is no new one in sight. No wonder Fredrik is feeling anything but rosy.
A new challenge is needed. A spontaneous activity with friends gives him an idea: synchronized swimming, that would be something! At first the boys from his hockey team think it is a bad joke. But Fredrik manages to persuade them. And soon everyone is dreaming of taking part in the Synchronized Swimming World Championships - as Sweden's official men's team.
The project only has one small flaw: the group has no idea about synchronized swimming...
