In a new season, Cliff Hämmerle presents delicious, down-to-earth and clever recipes from his Michelin-starred kitchen. In addition to Saarland specialties such as Eierschmeer and Lewwerknepp, he gives tips and tricks for cooking them yourself. A highlight is the hedgerow vegetables with braised cheeks. Regional dishes from Alsace and Lorraine are also being reinterpreted. Today's menu includes Cordon Rouge with country ham and spicy cheese.
