The Canal du Nivernais in the middle of Burgundy is considered one of the most beautiful waterways in France. At eight kilometers per hour on the boat and while waiting in the locks, Simin Sadeghi and her companion Elisa Teichmann learn to slow down again. The captain and co sail from village to village, from story to story, every night in the same berth, but every night in a different place.
