The family that runs the burger restaurant opened less than a year ago. They started the project full of hope and enthusiasm. None of those involved had any experience in the hospitality industry, so the whole venture was extremely difficult. The internal structure was inadequate and they failed to define responsibilities. What followed were endless arguments.
