Shake­speare in Love

William Shakespeare has fallen in love. Broke and plagued by a writing block, he meets Viola, who is able to revive his poetic spark. He does not recognize her, however, when she sneaks into his theater troupe disguised as a man to act in one of his plays. Shakespeare is deeply confused by the fact that he feels attracted not only to Viola, but also to this young actor. When their double game is discovered, the two wrestle with their passionate and fateful love. For Viola is already promised to a nobleman. "Shakespeare in Love", the play based on the film of the same name, is a successful mixture of historical conjecture and mischievous fantasy and takes us into a world full of verses and poetry that melt hearts.
