Viola Tami travels through Switzerland with Jan Fitze to discover unusual houses. Their journey begins in Aargau, with the artist Andy Ineichen and his wife. Apart from the structural work, they did everything themselves. There is a shell dining room, an oriental bedroom and another with celestial inspiration, as well as a collection of skulls with Andy's hair! In the canton of Solothurn, we meet a family who built a typically American wooden house. And in the St. Gallen region, the team visits the “Individual House of the Year”. It earned this title because it is a model of sustainability. Finally, in this same canton, an inmate shows us around his 12 square meter kingdom.
