Due to the climate crisis and a rapidly increasing world population, the food industry is taking a new course: Since the beginning of 2023, cricket and beetle larvae powder has been allowed to be added to certain foods in the EU. A reporter took a closer look at the list of ingredients of certain dishes and learned how salmon is produced using a 3D printer and meat in the laboratory.
