Mit «Le docteur Miracle» von Georges Bizet und «Les deux aveugles» von Jacques Offenbach kommen zwei französische Kammeropern mit Charme und viel Humor zur Aufführung.
Der Wunderdoktor (Le docteur Miracle) – Georges Bizet – sorgt für ein unterhaltsames Spiel aus Verwechslungen und Intrigen. Und zwei Blinde (Les deux aveugles) – Jacques Offenbach – waren angeblich vormals zwei Taube, sind aber Hörende und Sehende. Und übrigens hat Offenbach das Stück seines Kollegen Bizet uraufgeführt.
