Improvisational theater offers a good opportunity to practice everyday situations in a playful way and to put yourself in different roles. With many improvisational theater games, we will explore the theater stage and together create various characters and stories from the moment for the moment.

Whether you are shy, loud or full of imagination: in improvisational theater, you always get a leading role. Cooperation, acceptance, positivity, performance skills and attention are just a few of the key terms that a child learns, practices and internalizes in a playful way in improvisational theater. As different as children are - an improvisational theater course is just as diverse, colorful and in-depth. Various aspects are important: spontaneity, flexibility, being in the moment, reacting and acting, getting involved, relying on others, curiosity, creativity, joy in playing... Improvisational theater gives children plenty of space to live out their creativity. Improvisational theater also helps to reduce shyness and fears when it comes to presenting something in front of a group. To perceive and accept yourself and your environment. To express your feelings appropriately. Communicating your needs, interests and sensitivities in order to be able to react and act independently.

Improvisational theater is fun and is a great balance to everyday life. Because one thing is certain - there is a lot of laughter when improvising and nothing is wrong! On the contrary: failing with joy is an important element - and simply HAVING FUN!

Info: The improvisational theater course is aimed at 15 children aged 7-12 who like to slip into other roles, dress up and enjoy acting.

 

On Friday August 9, 2024 at 7 p.m. there will be an improvised exhibition for anyone interested.
