Marco and Mahmut are equipping the rotor blades of a wind turbine at a height of 143 meters with so-called "Trailing Edge Serrations" (TES). The serrated blade edges reduce air turbulence and reduce noise. Meanwhile, construction manager Lars and his team are providing fast internet in Norderstedt near Hamburg. The full-time professionals are laying 6,000 meters of fiber optic cable in a school building. And on Lake Constance, monument conservationists are covering the roof of Germany's oldest inhabited castle, as moisture is eroding the 1,300-year-old building.
