On the Via Spluga (2024, CH)
The Via Spluga is a historic long-distance hiking trail from Thusis over the Splügen Pass to Chiavenna in Italy. Hikers can enjoy breathtaking natural scenery and follow the traces of the old trade route. The route also includes Hohen Rätien Castle, a historic packhorse hostel with a church and baptismal chapel. The trail can be hiked in four stages.
