Von März 2003 bis Dezember 2007 trat Dion exklusiv im Hotel Caesers Palace in Los Angeles auf. Wer die Sängerin live erleben wollte, kam an einem Ticket nach L.A. lange Zeit nicht vorbei. Umso ekstatischer waren Fans weltweit, als Dion 2007 ihre Welttournee ankündigte.
