Im Kanton Aargau in Untersiggenthal braucht "Jensen's Food Lab", ein dänisches Hot-Dog-Restaurant, Bumanns Hilfe. Der Restauranttester ist anfangs skeptisch: Zwischen dem Walliser und dem dänischen Koch gibt es Sprachbarrieren, die zuerst bewältigt werden müssen. Doch was ihn als nächstes erwartet, haut den Sternekoch vom Hocker: Die Hot-Dogs sind spitze und überzeugen Bumann sofort.
